#1701 CD 112.4 (Bar) (Bar) Dark olive amber.
Produced in Canada for use on telephone lines. Most American made insulators of this design were produced in lighter colored glass, so these dark units really stand out.
The embossed bars on this example are rather short and not as well defined as some variants, positioned high on the skirt. The amber toning is also stronger than some examples, with pure amber streaks visible inside the glass.
