Description

#1715        CD 123        E.C&M CO. S.F.       Sage green.

“H” mold with 3-3/4” height.   A shorter than average height for a sage green example.  The color density of these sage green units varies somewhat, this example perhaps as dark as any we've encountered.

The "H" mold is recognized in part by the small glass globs in the center and left portion of the wire groove.

This scarce color is only known to have been found on a line in the Wells, Nevada area.  The distinctive coloration is unlike any other found in EC&M insulators.

Two shallow surface chips, up from the base at center and to the left, in first photo.  Second photo shows a larger base/skirt piece removed, and an adjoining area of shallower chipping to a portion of the reverse base.
