Description

#1763       CD 162     H.G. CO.     PATENT MAY 2 1893      PETTICOAT.       Bright electric blue.

Lighter color, and also scarcer than the peacock blue units.    

Shallow, pencil eraser diameter chip on inside of the skirt below "89" partially flakes one drip point.  Thumbnail surface chip on inside of skirt below "Pat" partially flakes two drip points.  Otherwise, seven drip points only partially flaked.

Update:  8:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 6.  Second image added.  Note the fully enclosed, sizable "jelly bean" bubble which adds desirable character.
