#1788 CD 252 THE M&E CO PHILADELPHIA KNOWLES CABLE INSULATOR Aqua.
A very tall insulator, measuring 5/8" taller than a standard CD 252 cable! A seldom encountered marking, and it's a whopper to boot! A heavy one!
Amber streak behind the embossing adds character, as does numerous micro bubbles floating in the glass.
Very near mint.
Update: 10:05 A.M. Thursday, October 7. Due to the particular contours of the skirt surface from the angle provided, the embossing does not show very well in the photo. The insulator does have normal embossing, readable from a distance.
