The lettering on the skirt represents the King City Glass Works, a short lived Indiana company.
Note this one does have periods after the letters, and lacks the numeral "6" on reverse skirt.
The extra sharp, thin wire ridge is especially prone to damage. Regardless, this one remains very near mint.
