#1936 CD 51 GOULD BATTERY PATENTED DEC 1 1896. Aqua.
The screw top is an unusual feature on this large battery insulator measuring 5" across.
Small chip on side of glass screw. Y shaped fracture in the skirt is photographed to show the "worst" side. Remainder of insulator displays great from various sides/angles. Note: the fracture does not go beyond the embossing. The longer lines seen in the photo are creases on the glass surface - not damage.
