Description

#2511          CD 286       F. M. LOCKE   VICTOR N.Y.         (multiple patent dates).        Aqua. 

An abundance of embossing on the skirt with five patent dates ranging from 1896 to 1898.  Majority of the embossed lettering is strong and well defined.

Small bruise on the sharp wire ridge (see upper left in photo) is of little consequence.  Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
