This is the "Gingerbread Momma." Note the size is larger than the previous two items, yet smaller than a CD 642 "Gingerbread Man." Also note the shape of the shorter head and position of the arms.
Isorex is the brand name for the manufacturer. The large "EST" marking is in reference to a railway.
These are scarce, with considerably fewer examples found than either the larger CD 642 "Man" or the CD 640 "Boy."
