#3122 CD 162 H.G. CO. PETTICOAT. Bright peacock blue.
Smooth base.
Excellent, bright qualities in this beauty! These smooth base beauties were among the earliest examples of colored signals produced by the Hemingray Glass Company. Some were found in the St. Louis, Missouri area.
Very near mint.
Update, 1:40 P.M. Friday, July 7: Two photos added. The second photo shows a very minor flake up from the base, below he "C" in Petticoat. Quite shallow and small. The third photo shows a small flake on the inner skirt. Combined, these two minor blemishes affect the value little, if at all. EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION for this type insulator, which often has sizable chips.
All other specks and light spots in these additional photos are small bubbles inside the glass... not damage.
