#3129        CD 162       H.G. CO.     PATENT MAY 2 1893           Bright peacock blue.

A choice example with dark, rich coloration, some milky streaked impurities and script style lettering with "rocking horse" numeral "2."  

Spectacular condition!  NO damage found... not even a pinhead flake.
