#3136 CD 162 HEMINGRAY MADE IN U.S.A. NO 19 Inky sapphire blue.
This hue is much scarcer than the typical cobalt blue examples.
The embossing configuration is unusual, with the "Made in USA" marking on the front. This type also has a well pronounced, broader wire ridge than most Hemingray 19's.
Despite nearly all the drip points appearing undamaged from the outside, ten of them are partially flaked. Looks very nice from all sides and the flakes are not that noticeable!
An attractive and scarce color!!!
