#3137 CD 162 HEMINGRAY MADE IN U.S.A. NO 19 Milky cobalt blue.
Milky opaque impurities are especially concentrated in much of the insulator front, creating a ghostly appearance.
Note this is the mold variant with larger, more pronounced wire ridge and "Made In USA" embossing on the front.
Five drip points are only partially flaked. Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
