#3139 CD 162 HEMINGRAY PATENTED PETTICOAT. Turquoise blue.
Note the word "Patented" below "Hemingray." Both the embossing variation and the blue color tone are unusual. Milky-opaque streaks inside the glass add character.
Few examples of this color/embossing combination have been found, and most often they have fair amounts of drip point damage. An exception to the rule... only four drip points are partially flaked.
