This "egg strain" insulator measures only 2-3/8 inches in length, so confirming a CD number for it is challenging. The CD 1130 is much larger, measuring 3-1/8 inches in length. The CD 1146 is also longer, measuring 2-3/4 inches in length. Perhaps a CD 1145?
The NIA gifona site lists the CD 1145 originating in Italy, but does not show any from this mold or in this color.
No harm pencil eraser diameter flake in the groove is of little consequence. Otherwise excellent.
