For starters, the blue glass is a shade that falls right between dark electric blue and light peacock. The real attraction is the presence of totally colorless glass mixed into the batch. Most of the lower 3/4" of the skirt is colorless, and there are colorless streaks filtered into the remainder of the insulator. The upper portion blends together, but the skirt area remains noticeable.
Fingernail size, lower skirt chip removes most of one drip point on the reverse. Otherwise, very near mint.
UPDATE: 9:05 A.M. Wednesday, October 4. Three photos added, showing greater detail in the color separation. Much of the lower skirt area is completely void of color... totally colorless. Small blue streaks and patches infiltrate just portions of this area. Light to medium streaking is evident in the upper portion of the skirt.
