#3303 162 H.G. CO. PATENT MAY 2 1893. PETTICOAT Two tone.
A peculiar glass which has a darker appearance in the center, and dramatically changes depth of color where the glass is thinner. Limited numbers of HG Co signals have been found with this interesting characteristic.
This beauty is lighter in color density than most examples encountered in the past. The dome and skirt areas have a lighter, yellowish ginger-ale tone, and the center has less orange toning than others encountered.
Clean, thumbnail size chip in the right reverse wire groove. Remainder of insulator is very near mint.
This is a special one! Two toners are seldom seen... and this one is attractively lighter!
