#3365         CD 162         HEMINGRAY    MAY 2 1893        PETTICOAT        Brilliant cobalt blue.

Note the word "PATENT" is omitted from the embossing.  

Exceptional, bright coloration!

Entire outer area remains very near mint, including the sharp wire ridge.  Front base has three partially flaked drip points.  Reverse base has two damaged drip points.
