Typically the "Made In USA" marking is positioned on the reverse mold half. Judging from the positioning of the lettering being "squeezed" between the "Hemingray" embossing and the base, it would be logical to assume the insulator mold was initially engraved without the USA lettering, and added at a later date.
Glass has excellent clarity and richness.
Front base has one drip point only partially flaked. Reverse has two drips partially flaked. Remainder of insulator in very near mint+ condition.
