Embossed with a five pointed star on the skirt, which is believed to have been the trademark for General Electric.
Very faint surface bruise on the back of right ear is pinkie nail size (quite hard to see). Second image shows a sizable, sailboat shaped bruise, on and above the wire ridge. Remainder of insulator is shiny, very near mint.
