Height: 3 inches. Width: 3-1/8 inches.
Small, scarce, cable top insulator produced by Locke in the small western New York town of Victor.
Most of the lettering is present and readable as seen in the second photo. The right portion fades and disappears as shown.
Flake on left ridge is a little smaller than pinkie nail size, otherwise excellent.
