A very knowledgeable collector (considered an expert) has advised this item is a rarity. He states most collectors have likely never seen one, and that some might confuse this jewel with a CD 31, which is a MUCH more common insulator.

Shallow nick on the very base of the large skirt that's the size of two, end-to-end match heads. Otherwise a shiny, excellent condition example!
