The very thick dome glass portrays the attractive lavender-violet glass quite nicely! Excellent depth of color in this toll style insulator produced by the Western Flint Glass Company in Valverde, Colorado.
Tolls produced by W.F.G. have distinctive colors, usually unlike that of other glass insulator manufacturers. W.F.G. insulators made in the purple color family have a violet tone, rather than the more reddish toned purples made elsewhere. The rich lavender-violet coloration contrasts quite well with the green insulators produced at the Valverde glass factory. This item and Lot #3721 make a great pair!
Very near mint. The light, crescent shaped area at far left, upper wire ridge, is a fully enclosed bubble, not damage. Bubble at left base is fully enclosed, with no damage.
