An embossing type that is seldom encountered!
The glass color and contours of the insulator very closely resemble some smooth base H.G. Co signals.
Shallow, surface annealing line on the dome is not damage... mentioned for accuracy. No chips, dings or flakes.... she's a beauty in remarkable condition!
