The solid glass dome is an attractive feature in this "toll" style insulator produced in Valverde, Colorado by the Western Glass Manufacturing Company.
Typically found in dark royal purple, this much lighter amethyst jewel is a scarcer color variant.
Shallow, pinkie nail flake keeps it from being very near mint.
Update 7:55 A.M. Saturday, February 24. To clarify, the pinkie nail flake mentioned above is on the base, and therefore not in a location that would be distracting when displayed on a shelf.
