#3806 CD 164 HEMINGRAY-20 Carnival iridescent.
This one has the typical "O-4" marking consistent with Owens Illinois production in the 1930's.
The coloration of the CD 164 Hemingray 20's is typically lighter and somewhat more silver toned than that found on the CD 162 Hemingray 19's.
Examples of this type insulator were discovered in Ontario, Canada many years ago.
Very near mint+ condition.
