#3828 CD 260 (star) "PATENTED JUNE 17 1890" Blue.
Embossed with a five pointed star on the skirt, which is believed to have been the trademark for General Electric.
Likely made by a glasshouse in Elmer, New Jersey in the early 1900's.
Entire outer area remains in sparkling, shiny, very near mint+ condition. Inner skirt chip is half the size of a dime.
