An impressive “helmet” style insulator produced by the Hemingray Glass Company, which was used in high voltage applications.
An item that is currently in high demand... values have skyrocketed recently!
Never cleaned... still retaining the original thin coat of grime.
Six consecutive drip points have damage (see second photo). Otherwise, only one other drip point is partially flaked, resulting in excellent display from the "High Potential" side. Inner skirt chip is half the size of a 25¢ coin.
