Height: 3-1/2 inches. Double petticoat. Marked with a green ink stamp on the lower skirt.
A highly unusual design from France, having two "eyes" and a "cross top."
Rusted pin is still cemented inside the pinhole (does not extend to insulator base). Fracture traverses from base to the upper wire groove, then travels horizontally and back down to the base. This is a through fracture that includes the outer and inner skirts.
