Smooth base.
The smooth base examples of these colorful signal style insulators are much scarcer than those with drip points. Several decades ago, some were found in Omaha, Nebraska and other areas.
A medium shade, with nice brightness!
Two flat chips on the wire ridge. One to the left upper part, and one to the lower right. Otherwise, would grade very near mint with only small blemishes.
