Fine, olive amber impurities are swirled through the glass, creating a unique example of this pony style insulator produced for the California Electrical Works. A small color run of CEW ponies can be assembled, including the various aqua, cobalt, mustard-olive, purple, light green, cornflower blue and this unusual beauty!
We consider it very desirable in the CEW pony color run!
This jewel was part of the Pat & Shirley Patocka collection which was started in the 1960's and sold through several Pole Top Discoveries auctions. It was offered as Lot #74 in the March, 2010 event.
