#288 CD 110.5 NAT. INSUL. CO. (multiple patent dates). Blue aqua. Two segmented threads. The small "Corkscrew."
Most examples of this uniquely shaped insulator were recovered along the route of a long distance telephone line constructed by American Telephone & Telegraph Company between New York City and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Base has no damage and embossing is fully intact. Three match head size flakes as seen in second photo, and a couple pinhead marks.
BUY-NOW option was removed once the reserve price was met.
