Toll style insulator produced in Valverde, Colorado. Scarce in this attractive mix of colors!
Front is quite nice with two match head flakes in the wire groove and another on the base, visible below the "C." Reverse has a fake on the lower wire ridge a little larger than a pencil eraser diameter. Reverse fingernail chip to the side, as seen in second image. Flat base chip extends from that area to under the "16." Some damage, so it's priced way below an amount for a very near mint unit.
