Apparently the mold engraver was confused, as the entire embossing is inverted!
A very attractive and seldom encountered colour! Heavy, jade-like impurities are present throughout the glass, with some milky strings meandering about.
Shallow base chips (see third photo) remove a sizable portion of the embossing, but the intact lettering indicates the inverted variant. Second image shows some shallow surface chips in one area, up from the base. Overall, the insulator displays pretty well.
A rarely encountered, unusual colour!
