#2172        J.H. WESTON    CIN. O.      Nearly colorless with pink-gray tint.

Grooved top lightning rod insulator.

Embossed "Weston" lightning rod insulators are scarce, this one produced in a desirable nearly colorless glass.  The glass has a slight gray tint at the bottom with just a faint hint of pinkish tone at the top.

Wonderful condition for a LRI, having only minimal, small flakes on the bottom.  A beauty!
