Produced by the Hemingray Glass Company. For a period of time, this was the "standard" insulator used by Western Union Telegraph Company.
This type insulator has been observed in various green shades, this one having some slight yellow toning in the green.
Note the exceptionally large " 5 A" embossed on the rear skirt.
Very near mint (match head flake on wire ridge).
